Worry-free Shore Excursions:
Your Excursion deposit will be fully refunded in the case of severe weather (hurricanes, rough seas), or if your ship is forced onward and does not tender). If your ship ports and due to an unforseen event, you are unable to do your booked excursion, alternate excursions will be offered. If guests choose to cancel, a refund will be issued. However, if guests cancel with Roatan Sun Splash and use another driver or company, there will be no refunds, no exceptions. Roatan Sun Splash refuses any liability or claims due to choosing a driver or company not recommended by Roatan Sun Splash.
If you, for personal reasons (including land vacationers) are unable to visit Roatan, and you cancel in advance of 8 days of your arrival, we will grant a full refund. If you cancel less than 8 days, there will be no refunds, no exceptions. We will however, offer a credit for your future travel to Roatan.
We ensure your timely return to your port for all our activities. In the event your ship has departed (which has 'never' happened to any of our guests, ever). We will arrange for transportation to the next port-of-call. If your ship is unable to port, or tender and you are unable to attend your pre-arranged activity, your money will be refunded.

Terms & Conditions
To qualify, the shore excursion must specifically state it is covered by Roatan Sun Splash's Worry-Free Guarantee and list the “Worry-Free Guarantee” in the excursion description. Only products that include the Worry-Free Guarantee language are considered qualifying purchases.
The Worry-Free Guarantee applies only when, through no fault or action of your own, you are not returned to the ship in time to board. The Worry-Free Guarantee is void in instances where delay is caused by your own actions and/or you have deviated from the Roatan Sun Splash activity or tour.
When booking with us, you must supply accurate arrival and departure information for your ship and ensure there is enough time (minimum of 2 hours) between the tour end time and the ship departure time.
If you are not returned to your ship in time to board, Roatan Sun Splash will select and book travel to the next port of call (not to exceed USD$500 per person). You must contact James at Roatan Sun Splash directly to request next port-of-call transportation arrangements. You cannot book your own travel without the prior consent of Roatan Sun Splash Tours.
Roatan Sun Splash Tours reserves the right to verify details of your cancellation or Worry-Free claim. All refund and reimbursement decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Roatan Sun Splash Tours.
By submitting this online booking form, you, the client and all individuals included in your group agree to abide by the above and below terms and hereby swear that the information provided above is true:
1. I agree to and will remit all fees as described on the reservation confirmation.
2. The Client and their group shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless Roatan Sun Splash Tours against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from leaving personal items unattended, regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
3. It is the client's responsibility to learn about safety precautions, warning signs of conditions, and safety procedures concerning swimming in or being around water, animals, machinery and other potentially hazardous elements.
4. Valuable items left behind by clients will be held for the clients and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the client for return. If items are not claimed for longer than 3 months they shall become donations to island families in need. Roatan Sun Splash Tours shall not be held liable for condition of said items.
